To fix the reservation, we ask you to send us a written confirmation.

We ask for your understanding that we charge a deposit of 50% of the total amount to secure your booking. With the transfer you automatically accept our cancellation conditions.

VALIDITY OF PRICES
With the publication of the new price list, all previous prices lose their validity!

Price changes, misprints and mistakes, as well as changes to the offer reserved.


PERFORMANCE DESCRIPTION, SKI TICKETS
Regarding the transport services with the lift and cable car facilities, Appartements by Hofer is responsible for ensuring that at least some of the facilities are operational. Of course, some of the facilities can always be closed for maintenance, operational disruptions or other reasons.

In the pre- and post-season, however, a limited range of lifts and slopes is to be expected.
If the operation of the lift and cable car facilities has to be partially or completely stopped due to snow and weather conditions or other reasons of force majeure, Appartements by Hofer has nevertheless provided its service in accordance with the contract. The operation of the lift and cable car systems can also be suspended if the pistes are not accessible due to a lack of snow. The risk of the accidental impossibility of performance thus lies with the user. This means that the user cannot request a refund of the fee.

PAY
Payment of the invoice is possible in cash, with an EC card, Visa card or with a Eurocard-Mastercard.

CANCELLATION POLICY
General cancellation conditions:

- up to 1 month before the arrival date 40% of the total amount

- up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total amount

- in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total amount

- in case of no-show, 100% will be charged
 

We reserve the right to cancel a booking up to 24 hours after receipt without giving a reason.
